Established in 2018 to increase productivity and streamline management of a family real estate investment portfolio, BosTN Builders was built on the foundation of hands-on experience and a commitment to quality. What began as a self-performing development team quickly evolved into a fully integrated design-build and construction firm capable of delivering complex, detail-driven projects from concept to completion. Originally founded in Massachusetts as Boston Building Contractors, the company continues to hold active licenses there while expanding its operations to serve the greater Nashville, Tennessee market.
Today, BosTN Builders brings a uniquely comprehensive approach to every project — combining design, construction, and real estate expertise under one roof. Our self-performing divisions in carpentry, millwork, metal fabrication, and site utilities allow us to control quality, schedule, and craftsmanship at every level of the build. From custom framing and finish work to precision-fabricated steel and infrastructure installation, our team executes with consistency and care that set us apart in the field.
Our design capabilities are equally robust, offering clients complete architectural and interior design packages tailored to each project’s purpose and style. We produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, shop plans, and finish schedules — integrating aesthetics with constructability to ensure every concept can be built efficiently and beautifully.

Meet The Team
Cindy graduated from Boston College and started her professional career managing a real estate investment portfolio and development company. For 12 years she successfully grew the business, handled acquisitions and development projects, leasing, day to day operations, vendor relations, employee management and tenant relations. Cindy and her husband, Mikey moved to Nashville from Boston in 2020. She brought with her an extensive background in all things real estate: commercial, multifamily, residential, property management, investments, design and development. She most enjoys brokering and helping clients buy and sell real estate, also the design/build and development aspects. She started BosTN Builders, to help clients with all of their real estate and construction journeys. Cindy most enjoys spending as much time with her two daughters, being outdoors and hiking in nature with their rescue dog Dolly, reading and anything Italian.
Mikey Campobasso graduated from Keene State College with a degree in Construction Management and has since built an impressive career spanning residential homes, multi-family developments, and even submarine stations. A master carpenter with an exceptional eye for detail, Mikey blends technical expertise with creative design to bring each project to life. He’s fluent in Autodesk Revit and specializes in 3D renderings that help clients visualize their spaces long before construction begins. Known for his calm, steady approach, Mikey keeps even the most complex projects running smoothly from start to finish. When he’s not building or designing, you’ll find him outdoors, cooking from scratch, or playing with his daughters—often creating something together out of LEGOs.

Richard Hardman
Architectural Designer
Richard graduated from the University of Cincinnati. His background includes tenant fit-outs to new construction. Richard assists with creating the millwork CNC ready files as well as renderings and plotsets for BosTN Builders. He is passionate about computational design and using it to leverage workflow efficiencies and perform generative design tasks. In his time as an Architectural Designer, he's developed a set of practical workflow tools using Python/Revit API and he leads a group exploring future applications of these tools. Richard has specialized knowledge in programming, 3D printing, and performance-based algorithms.
Ryan Kelley
Project Engineer
Ryan Kelley serves as Project Engineer at BosTN Builders, where he bridges the gap between design, fabrication, and field execution. With a strong technical background and a detail-oriented approach, Ryan is responsible for coordinating shop drawings, managing project documentation, resolving constructability challenges, and ensuring that projects move efficiently from concept to completion.
Ryan works closely with architects, designers, general contractors, and the BosTN Builders fabrication team to develop practical solutions that maintain design intent while meeting budget, schedule, and installation requirements. His ability to analyze complex details, anticipate project challenges, and communicate effectively across all stakeholders helps keep projects organized and on track.
Known for his problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality, Ryan plays a critical role in delivering the custom millwork, specialty fabrication, and commercial interior projects that define the BosTN Builders brand.

Drake’s hands-on experience and understanding of construction integration allow him to collaborate seamlessly with both the design and field teams, ensuring that every piece fits perfectly into the broader vision of the build. His dedication to quality craftsmanship and innovation strengthens BosTN Builders’ self-performing capabilities, enabling the company to deliver one-of-a-kind results that stand the test of time.
Kaden Vermilyea
Metal Fabricator and Carpenter
Kaden is a skilled carpenter and fabrication specialist at BosTN Builders, bringing a strong combination of craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving to every project. With experience in custom millwork, commercial interiors, and specialty fabrication, he plays a key role in transforming complex designs into high-quality finished products.
From shop fabrication to field installation, Kaden is known for his attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. Whether he's building custom millwork, coordinating installations, or working through challenging project details, he approaches every task with professionalism and pride.

Ben Tenberge
Carpenter Apprentice
Ben is a Carpenter Apprentice at BosTN Builders, where he is developing his skills in custom millwork, fabrication, and commercial construction under the guidance of experienced craftsmen. Eager to learn and committed to growth, Ben plays an important role in supporting both shop operations and field installations.
Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges, Ben approaches every project as an opportunity to expand his knowledge and contribute to the success of the team. From material preparation and assembly to installation support and jobsite organization, he takes pride in learning the trade the right way—through attention to detail, consistency, and hands-on experience.
As he continues to grow within BosTN Builders, Ben is building the foundation for a long career in craftsmanship and construction.
